Terms: Holiday period requires a 5 night minimum stay at the condominiums & a 3 night minimum stay at the Inn. Luxury Homes require a 2 night miniumum during winter & summer season. There is a 2 night minimum in the summer. A 50 % deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled 72 hours after booking will forfeit deposit. Reservations canceled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur forfeiture of the full reservations amount. Tax is 13.6%.
